MAINTENANCE

The RNE pumps require very little maintenance, offer low cost upkeep and are extremely simple to overhaul, this due to the following unique design features:
  • A complete bearing cartridge assembly as a single item
  • All items spigot aligned
  • No shim, spacers or measuring needed
  • Impeller adjustment from the drive end
  • No mechanical seals therefore the pump can run dry indefinitely
  • No glands or shaft seals
  • Bearings are sealed units, no lubrication necessary
  • All assembly benches and tools are supplied by RNE
